1. Services
Altruvex provides web engineering, interface design, and related digital infrastructure services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in individual project proposals.
2. Project Estimates
Estimates provided through our online Transparency tool are preliminary and non-binding. This is an initial estimate to help you plan. Final investment and timelines are determined after a detailed requirements session and formalized in a signed project proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-built deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Altruvex retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code patterns in future projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a commencement deposit upon project start with milestone-based payments tied to defined delivery phases.
5. Limitation of Liability
Altruvex provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
