The method

How the website cost estimate is calculated

The estimator reads the same published prices as the pricing page. Your project type and complexity select a published range; brand, content and delivery pace adjust it. What a form cannot judge is settled in scope review, and only the written proposal is binding.

  1. What moves the range

These answers change the figure on screen, and the result shows what each one changed.

    • Project type — selects a published price range
    • Complexity — places the build inside that range
    • Brand and content readiness — adjust the range
    • Delivery pace — adjusts the price and the weeks
  2. What the estimate assumes

The range describes the build as your answers describe it today. Scope review checks those answers before any figure is written.

    • Figures in Egyptian pounds. Applicable tax treatment will be confirmed in the final proposal and contract.
    • Your answers, taken as given until scope review
    • The delivery pace you chose, reflected in the weeks
    • Larger systems can be phased to match your stage
  3. What scope review settles

Some costs depend on details a form cannot judge. You can tick them in the estimator; they are confirmed with you before the proposal is written and do not move the range on screen.

    • Content management (CMS) and sign-in
    • Payments and third-party integrations
    • Every language, with proper right-to-left
    • Performance and SEO targets
  4. What the estimate does not include

The range covers the build itself. Other costs appear as separate lines, so nothing is folded into the total.

    • Domain, hosting and business email — each on its own line
    • Paid third-party tools and channels, such as SMS, if your build uses them
    • A maintenance plan, billed monthly or yearly
  5. From estimate to proposal

After scope review you receive one written proposal with the agreed scope and one binding figure. Any later change to scope is documented and agreed in writing before the work starts.

    • One written figure, valid for a fixed period
    • Three payments: to start, at a development milestone, before launch
    • Code, designs and accounts pass to you at final payment
    • Additions priced from the same published ranges
